After beating FNQ Bulls 1-0 at Mareeba and with the defeat of the Strikers the Fire has won the right to a home Grand Final. It had been the Clubs preference for the game to be held on Saturday in the early evening unfortunately due to the Roar home game being conducted at a similar time the Clubs request was denied by Football Queensland. Accordingly the game has now been set for 2pm Sunday afternoon. The Club is also currently seeking to organise an opening game between former under 13 and 14 JPL squads. Confirmation will be provided shortly.
