Olympic FC Women remain on a track for a maiden PlayStation 4 NPL Women’s Queensland Finals Series appearance after comfortable seeing off Sunshine Coast FC Women 6-1 at Kawana Sports Precinct.

Striker Kirsten Jamieson maintained her prolific form with a hat-trick to lift her season’s tally to an incredible 45 goals, while Allira Toby, Jazmyn Perin and Lorena Maggio also chimed in for the visitor’s scoring spree.

The host’s only consolation came in the closing minutes when Danielle White pegged a goal back – her first of the season.

The result extends Olympic’s winning streak to seven games and sees the club maintain their hold on third place in the standings.

Fire’s second defeat to Olympic this season extends a three-match run of losses and sees the club remain ninth in the league.
