The club are delighted to welcome back Cameron Boldy between the sticks for 2020.
The 20 year old joined us mid-season last year from Sunshine Coast champions Noosa Lions. Cameron helped turn around the fortunes of our under 20’s side with some big performances and the young keeper made several senior appearances towards the end of the season.
We caught up with Cameron to get his thoughts on why he returned to the club for next season. “I’ve re-signed because I’m looking to help build a team for the future and be part of a group with a winning mentality.
My goals for this year are to keep as many clean sheets as possible and help the club win the league and create a strong team bond” he added.
Senior Coach Gareth Thomson also shared his delight in re-signing Cameron for next year adding “I’m really glad we could get Cameron back in for next season. Cameron is a fantastic young keeper with a really positive attitude and a drive to be the best.
This is going to be a break through year for him and he has a massive opportunity to really showcase his ability.”
